Kids Yoga with Nicole Smith

Tuesdays: 4:00 - 4:45 pm
Children cope with the stresses
and anxieties of life in their own special way. Yoga for
Kids is a great way for them to release physically, as
well as creatively experience and express their own, unique
inner workings. Children’s innate open nature and
joy, flows perfectly with the teachings of yoga. Every
child learns differently, and in yoga, there is much room
for interpretation- linguistically, visually, musically,
and kinesthetically.
While exploring the stories
and myths that are the backbone of yoga, we’ll deepen
awareness of ourselves in journaling, crafts, movement
improvisation, and asana practice. We’ll find that
we’re all made of the same things, as we experience
the universal qualities found in the animal world and nature.
Come prepared for sweaty learning, laughter, and fun!
