We are happy to offer private and semi-private sessions at Grace Yoga. A private session can offer you a unique space that is designed exactly for your specific needs and performed at your own pace.
~The biomechanical alignment principles of Anusara Yoga are exceptionally therapeutic for those with injuries or simply aches and pains in the body. You can empower yourself by learning how to optimally align your body to promote healing and lessen pain.
~For those with chronic illness who wish to feel better, comfortable, calm and at home in their bodies.
~People brand new to yoga who are curious or want the confidence to attend a public class.
~For students wishing to advance their practice to the next level, or working towards a specific goal (for example, greater flexibility).
~To treat yourself! Private sessions also make wonderful gifts.
~You will leave a private session with a deeper knowledge of your own body and specific poses or a sequence to practice at home to solidify your knowledge after the session.
